FAQ

Short answers to frequent questions about security, your content and everyday use.

Security

Where is my data stored?

In the AWS eu-west-1 region (Ireland). The only processor is Amazon Web Services. Your data is tied to your workspace and is only accessible with your account. Details are in the privacy policy.

Who can see my MCP key?

Only you. The key is shown once, when you create or regenerate it; Voozeo keeps only a hash of it and cannot show it again. Treat it like a password, and especially the URL that contains the key: do not share it and do not paste it into a public document. See MCP key.

How are my target API's secrets protected?

The secret (API key, token, password) is encrypted, write-only and never sent back: the app only shows "Configured". The call log never contains tool arguments or results. See Target API and Call logs.

Is the content of my calls stored?

Not by default: the call log only keeps how each call went. If you turn on the optional diagnostic mode on a server, the content of its calls (request to your API, start of the response, result returned to the AI) is kept 30 days with secrets masked, visible only to the members of your workspace and to the Voozeo team when you ask for support. Authentication headers are never kept. Turning the mode off stops new captures; existing ones expire within 30 days. See Diagnostic mode.

Does the Voozeo website track me?

No. The public website uses no cookie and no third-party tracker. It only counts visits and page views in aggregate, per day, with no IP address, no User-Agent and no identifier stored: no personal data is collected by this measurement. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal, which you can turn on in its privacy settings or with a privacy extension, the website measures nothing at all. The only thing kept in your browser is the origin of your visit, in the memory of the tab, until you close it. Details are in the privacy policy.

How your content is used

Is my content used to train an AI?

No. Your specifications, documents and secrets remain yours. Voozeo processes them only to provide the service, uses them for no other purpose and runs no language model on your content. They are served only to the AIs connected with your key.

Why is my documents' content presented as untrusted?

A document may contain instructions you did not write. Voozeo therefore hands its text to the AI as data to consult, not as instructions to follow. See Documents.

Usage

How do I create an account?

Click "Get started" on the website, or "No account? Create one" on the sign-in screen. Enter your email address and a password, accept the terms and the privacy policy, then open the confirmation link sent to you, valid for 24 hours. Sign-up is open to everyone and costs nothing, with no credit card. See Create your account.

I lost my MCP key, what now?

It cannot be recovered. Open the server's "Connection" tab and regenerate the key: the old one stops working immediately, then update the configuration of each connected AI. See Regenerate the key.

Can browser-only AI clients connect with OAuth?

No. An OAuth server works with AIs that call it from their own servers (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, ChatGPT) or from a desktop app (Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code). Clients that run only inside a web page, such as the web version of an editor or an MCP inspector opened in the browser, are not supported. See Servers using OAuth.

How do I revoke an AI's access?

In Voozeo, open the "Target API" tab of the server and click "Revoke all authorizations": every connected AI will have to sign in again (see Active authorizations). Each person can also withdraw access from their own account at the API provider, in the list of authorized OAuth apps.

Why does my AI ask me to sign in again?

The connection was revoked, the OAuth settings of the server changed, the provider refused to renew it, or the AI was not used for 30 days. Sign in again from the AI; if it keeps failing, remove the server from the AI and add it again. See Sign-in required.

Can I create several servers?

The number of servers depends on your plan. The "Plans" screen shows the limits of each plan and those of your workspace. See Quotas and plans.

Open the "Plans" screen and click "Request this plan" on the plan you want. Voozeo validates your request, then your workspace switches to the plan; you are notified by email. There is no online payment: billing takes place outside the application. See Requesting a plan.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, an Android app shows the same interface as the website. On a phone, in the app as in a mobile browser, navigation uses a bottom bar with "Servers", "Logs", "Plans" and "Account". One difference: data export is done by copying to the clipboard instead of a download. See Export my data.

Why is the model "Not disclosed"?

The MCP protocol does not tell a server which LLM a client uses, and most clients do not declare it. The dashboard then shows the likely provider deduced from the client, and "Not disclosed" for the model.

When is my quota reset?

On the 1st of every month, at midnight UTC. See The quota month.

How do I contact the Voozeo team?

Use the "Contact" page of the Voozeo website (the "Contact" link at the bottom of every page). Fill in your email address, a subject and your message: it is sent to the team by email and is not stored by the application. We reply to the address you gave.
