Quotas and plans
Updated October 30, 2026
This page explains what your plan allows, how to request another plan, what uses up your call quota, and what happens when the quota is reached.
Plans
Your workspace is on one plan, which sets its limits: the number of servers, the MCP calls per month, the document text per server, the active tools per server and how long the call log is kept. The "Plans" screen (#/plans) lists the plans available, with their price excluding VAT and their limits. Your current plan is marked "Your plan". On a phone, open it with the "Plans" tab of the bottom bar; on a computer, from the command palette or the address bar. Every new account starts on the free plan; the "Plans" screen shows what it includes and how to ask for another plan.
Requesting a plan
Plans with a price are not self-service: Voozeo validates each request.
- On the "Plans" screen, click "Request this plan" on the plan you want. A form opens.
- Fill in your billing country (two letters, for example FR). The company, the VAT number and a message are optional.
- Send the request. A banner "Your request for this plan is pending" appears, and you receive a confirmation email.
Good to know:
- Your email address must be verified, as for creating a server.
- You can have only one pending request at a time. "Cancel the request" in the banner withdraws it, and you can then send another one.
- The number of requests you can send is limited over any 24-hour period.
- Voozeo validates a request within one business day. Nothing changes until it has decided. When the request is approved, your workspace switches to the plan and you receive an email. When it is declined, the banner shows the note from Voozeo, if there is one.
- There is no online payment: Voozeo sends an invoice and you pay by bank transfer, outside the application. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
- Annual billing is available for the paid plans, at a lower total than twelve monthly payments. The website shows it on the pricing page with a "Monthly / Annual" switch. If you choose "Choose this plan" with annual billing, the form opens with the message "Annual billing requested", which you can edit or delete. Annual billing is applied by Voozeo when it validates the request: the form has no billing period field and the switch changes nothing in your account.
- While the founders offer lasts, the first paying customers get a lifetime discount, applied by Voozeo on the invoice. The conditions are shown on the pricing page of the website and under the plans on the "Plans" screen.
- To change or end a plan, send a request in the same way or contact the Voozeo team.
If you come from a "Choose this plan" button of the website, the form opens by itself after you sign in.
Limits specific to your workspace
The limits actually applied to your workspace can differ from those of the plan, for example after a change of plan or a custom arrangement. The effective values are shown on the "Plans" screen and on the "Account" screen, in the "Plan limits" section, next to your consumption in "Usage this month". They are the ones that apply.
How long the call log is kept also depends on your plan: higher plans keep it longer. The "Plans" screen shows the duration on each plan card and the "Account" screen the one that applies to you. Content captured by the diagnostic mode is always kept 30 days, and changing plan does not delete lines that were already recorded.
When a plan has lower limits than your current usage, nothing is deleted or disabled: you simply cannot create more servers, tools or documents beyond the new limits, until you are back under them. The document tools that are added automatically do not count toward the active tools (see Tools), and document text is the text extracted from your files, added up for one server (see Documents).
What counts toward the quota
Every tool call counts as one call, whether it comes from your AI or from the sandbox. Not counted: an AI connecting, listing the tools, reading resources and presence checks. In the sandbox, a run rejected because its arguments are invalid is not counted.
The quota month
The quota is measured per calendar month, in UTC. It resets on the 1st of the next month at midnight UTC. The "Plans" and "Account" screens show the current month and the reset date.
Alerts
The workspace owner receives an email when usage reaches 80% of the limit, then a second one when it reaches 100%. Each alert is sent only once per month. They never interrupt a call.
When the quota is reached
Further calls are not executed and the target API is not called.
- From your AI: the tool returns a tool error with the message
Monthly quota reached. Upgrade your plan:followed by a link to the Voozeo pricing page. The AI usually shows it to you as is. See Quota reached on the AI side. - From the sandbox: the app shows "Monthly quota reached." (code
QUOTA_EXCEEDED). See Monthly quota reached.
In both cases the call appears in the logs with the "Quota reached" status. Service resumes on the 1st of the next month (UTC), or sooner if your plan changes to one with a higher limit. From 80% of the quota, and whenever a server, document or sandbox limit blocks you, an "Upgrade to" button next to the message opens the request form of the next plan (see Requesting a plan); on the highest plan it becomes "Contact us". The button only opens the form: nothing is requested until you send it.
Example
Your plan allows N calls per month. On the 12th, your AI has already used 80% of them: you receive the 80% alert email. You then test a few more tools in the sandbox, which count too. On the 1st of the next month, the counter goes back to 0.
