Account, data and GDPR

Updated October 24, 2026

The "Account" screen gathers your preferences, security, usage and personal data.

On a phone, open it with the "Account" tab of the bottom bar or with your avatar. A list of shortcuts at the top of the screen leads to "Plans", "Documentation" and the legal pages, and lets you sign out. The language is still chosen in the "Language" section below.

Language

In the "Language" section, choose English or Français. The choice is saved in your profile ("Language saved.") and applies on all your devices.

Password

In the "Password" section, enter your current password, then the new one twice, and click "Change password". The new password must be 10 to 256 characters long.

Your other sessions are signed out; only the current session stays open. After 5 failed sign-in attempts, the account is locked for 15 minutes: see Too many attempts. If you forgot your password, use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen.

Email

In the "Email" section, enter the new email and your password, then click "Change email". A confirmation link valid for 24 hours is sent to the new address. Until you open it, your current address stays active. If the address is already in use, see Email already in use.

Usage and limits

"Usage this month" shows your MCP calls for the current month (UTC) against the limit, with the level "Normal", "Warning" or "Reached". "Plan limits" lists your 4 effective limits: servers, MCP calls per month, document text per server and active tools per server. On a phone, the same consumption bar appears at the top of the "Plans" tab, followed by the plans you can request. Details are in Quotas and plans.

Activity log

The activity log lists the sensitive actions of your workspace over the last 12 months: sign-ins and failed sign-ins, server creation and deletion, MCP key regeneration, target API changes, data exports. It shows the date, the event, the actor, the target and details. It never contains a secret. Click "Load more" to go further back. Do not confuse it with the call log, which belongs to each server.

Export my data

"Export my data" downloads a JSON file with your profile, your workspace, your servers, your sources, your call log and your activity log. The workspace section includes the dates of your first server and of your first MCP call (empty if they have not happened yet). Secrets and hashes are never included. If the file would exceed 5 MB, the oldest activity log entries are left out and auditTruncated.omitted gives their number. In the Android app, downloading is not available: the "Copy export" button puts the JSON in the clipboard. Paste it somewhere safe, then clear the clipboard.

Delete my account

In the "Danger zone", "Delete my account" opens a confirmation: enter your current password, tick "I understand that this action is permanent.", then click "Delete permanently".

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your servers, MCP keys, sources, files and call logs are deleted. Your activity log is anonymized and kept for 12 months at most. Backups are erased within 35 days. Consider exporting your data first.

Example

You want to leave Voozeo. Open "Account", click "Export my data" and keep the JSON file. Then, in the "Danger zone", click "Delete my account", enter your password and confirm. Your servers and their keys stop working right away.
